The impetus for creating this Working Group was the recommendation by Burgess that JISC undertakes a technical investigation related to achievement records, particularly the HEAR.
JISC-CETIS is working with a number of vendors and specialists to support the implementation of the Higher Education Achievement Report (HEAR). As part of this work we are producing a number of briefings, recommendations and specifications to support universities implementing the HEAR.
