The version we are working on for PIOP 3 is now at http://wiki.leapspecs.org/2A/specification . The specification agreed March 2009 is still held at 2009-03/Leap2A specification.
The first meeting for the PIOP 3 projects was in Derby on February 23rd.
The second, final face-to-face meeting was on 15 July 2010.

The main outcome, however, was your implementation of export and import to the current Leap2A spec. For anyone to have done this, we all need to have agreed on what we are going to do about developments listed on the developments page. Please look!
During the lifetime of these projects, we need to work on the topic of Leap2 governance.
