Introduction

The Using Service Design in HE and FE event will be held on Thursday 17th November, 2011 in Birmingham.

This event is open to anyone interested in using the service design approach in HE and FE and will focus on the mid to latter stages, e.g blueprinting and implementation/trialling of improvements.

Registration

Registration is now open. If you have registered for the meeting and can no longer attend, please e-mail Sharon on s.perry @ bolton.ac.uk (remove spaces).

The meeting is free to attend and will run from 10:00 to 16:00. Lunch and refreshments will be provided.

The meeting will be held at Conference Aston in Birmingham. Location details and a map (PDF format) are available. Please note that if you are driving to the venue, you will need to pre-book a own car parking space by completing the online booking form at least 48 hours prior to arrival.
